I will be forever grateful to Al Zahra Hospital and to every single person who cared for my husband and supported us during the most difficult time of our lives.
From the ICU head doctor Dr. Ashraf El Houfi, to all of the ICU doctors working tirelessly alongside him, Khamis, Anas, Farhan and many many more incredible doctors, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown was extraordinary. They fought for my husband every single day and treated him with dignity, respect, and genuine humanity.
The ICU nurses were incredible. Their kindness, warmth, patience, and constant reassurance meant more than words can ever express. They not only cared for my husband but showed so much compassion towards me during moments when I felt completely overwhelmed.
I would also like to thank the cleaning staff, porters, and security team. Every person we encountered showed empathy, respect, and kindness, which made an unbearable situation slightly easier to get through.
This was the hardest time of my life and my husband’s life, and the team at Al Zahra truly did everything they could. Their professionalism, care, and determination is something I will never forget.
I will forever consider the staff here my family, and I am so deeply thankful that we were surrounded by such incredible people during the hardest days of our lives.

Excellent care from start to finish. Dr. Andreas Appelt and the team at Al Zahra Hospital handled my emergency hip surgery with professionalism, skill, and compassion. Being away from home in Canada made their support even more meaningful… these people are the real heroes. Truly grateful.

The staff at the pediatrics HDU were very helpful and thoughtful, (special thanks to Sonya, and Sheila) the staff is super friendly, they treated my son as their own. They constantly checked on us whether we needed anything. One again, thank you to the entire team for taking care of us

I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude to Al Zahra Hospital Dubai for the incredible care, compassion, and support they provided to me and my daughters during one of the most difficult moments of my life.
My deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Louai, my doctor and truly a blessing. I followed him from one hospital to another because of his skill, experience, and the trust he inspires — and I am so grateful I did. When I developed preeclampsia, his fast reaction and calm confidence saved my life and my babies’ lives. His dedication went beyond expectations; he was present even on his days off, making sure we were safe. I will forever remember his kindness and professionalism.
A huge thank you to Dr. Mohamed Suleiman and Dr. Ahmed from the NICU for taking exceptional care of my daughters, especially my little Ghalia. Their gentle approach, constant updates, and reassurance gave me strength when I needed it most.
I am also deeply grateful to Dr. Rasha from the Emergency Department, who stayed with me all the way to the NICU simply because I told her I didn’t want to be alone. That moment of human kindness meant more to me than words can express.
To the nursing team of Dr. Louai, the amazing Labour & Delivery nurses, the baby nurses, and the NICU nurses — thank you for your patience, your care, and the way you treated my babies as if they were your own. You truly made a difference.
A special thank you as well to Dr. Ahmed El Sokkary, who followed up closely on all my preeclampsia symptoms and made sure I was recovering safely.
Al Zahra Hospital didn’t just offer medical treatment — they gave me comfort, hope, and strength at a time when I felt most vulnerable. I am deeply thankful to every person who supported us. You will all be part of our story forever.
