My 7 year old daughter received excellent care and treatment for her growth plate injury. Dr. ANKUSH BANSAL handled the case with great expertise, patience, and clear explanation, which gave us a lot of confidence as parents. I visited Dr. Munaz Ahamed at Aster Clinic (Tecom) based on friends’ recommendations, expecting a clear and professional assessment. My symptoms were: – bronchial wheezing / chest crackles – a feeling of mucus in the lungs – occasional cough – no fever – no history of allergies Before the visit, I had already completed: – full blood tests showing positive dynamics, including a decreasing CRP – rapid influenza tests — negative During the consultation, Dr. Munaz Ahamed suggested doing a Streptococcus A test, which I agreed to. The test came back negative, confirming there was no bacterial tonsillitis. At the follow-up appointment, Dr. Ahamed: – did not connect my symptoms with the existing blood results – dismissed my respiratory complaints by saying it was “allergy,” despite the fact that I have never had allergies in my life – gave no explanation for the wheezing in my lungs – offered only paracetamol every 8 hours and salt-water gargles — advice that does not address bronchial symptoms – provided no clinical reasoning, no treatment plan, and no guidance on what to do next The consultation felt superficial and unprofessional. A diagnosis was given without evidence, and the recommendations did not correspond to my actual condition. I came for medical clarity and support — instead, I received vague explanations and minimal care.
I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Ankush Bansal for successfully treating my mallet finger injury. Despite the delay in getting surgery, Dr. Ankush's expertise and reassuring attitude helped me heal completely. His confidence and determination were instrumental in my recovery.
