The hospital’s service has significantly declined, particularly the registration process. Even after booking an appointment and arriving early, patients are still required to wait for registration, often past their scheduled appointment time. This defeats the purpose of having an appointment system. If appointments cannot be honored properly, the hospital may need to reconsider this approach and operate on a simple token-based system instead. Currently, tokens seem to be called without any clear order. A more organized and efficient system is urgently needed.
I would like to thank the best Doctor at the Saudi German Hospital Dubai - Dr. Dalia Al Ghazy for taking care of me from the day I learned that I am pregnant until the day that I delivered my baby on 7th October. Her expertise, passion and dedication is really outstanding! She is super approachable and always responds to my messages. She’s not only my OBGYN but became our Dr. Friend😍 She is super sweet and you’ll really feel the sincerity of taking care to her patients. On top of that - she is really knowledgeable! Dr. Iman Alayadi was her primary physician and provided outstanding medical attention. Additionally, all the duty nurses, housekeeping, and food service staff were consistently professional and performed their jobs with great dedication. A special thank you goes to the female physiotherapist whose expertise greatly aided her lung recovery. We were also very impressed with the room facilities and amenities. I visit this hospital for the past 4 years and it never disappoints 🥹🙏🏻 All doctors, nurses, staff are very professional and friendly. They are always there to answer any of your questions and help you out. I visited different doctors and always left satisfied with the professionalism and their knowledge. I would like to mention here Kiran from insurance department, Ivan from laboratory reception and pharmacy manager (didn’t get his name)🥲 They helped me a lot and even went for extra mile. Hospitals are not only about doctors ama nurses - it’s also about people who make the difference and change the experience. As well, the hospital is so huge and very well equipped. They even have baggy to drop you from one entrance to another. Thank you once again, Everyone for what you do 😇🙏🏻
