Took my cocker spaniel due to an ear infection today. The staff and the doctor were very sweet to talk. They did the ear swab, told us about the ear infection and gave the required medicines and drops.
But when I came home I found the infected ear was not cleaned at all. I do not know if it is their responsibility or not or it is covered under consultation, I find it extremely unprofessional and careless attitude to not clean the infected ear and just leave it for us to do. I will never return here again.

After castration, wich was done by Doctor Tea in City Vet Clinic, my cat got complication. I brought him after 7 days with cevire pain in his leg (back side). Doctor sent us home with pain killer and said "nothing major ", "muscles strain". Directly on the next day my cat started lick his stomach near castration area and I discovered big abscess there. Early morning I Immediately contacted clinic, they said can gave me appointment only at 12.30-1, even it was emergency. I sent photos and videos them, and doctor said that didn't saw it before in her practice, wuch gave me sight take him to another vet, because the way how City Vet reacted and reply make me feel not safe and enough professional. After - long story. My cat 20 days in the hospital. The management of City Vet absolutely ignore my case. They gave me option to take my cat from that another hospital, where another doctors was saving his life and bring back to them!
I sent multiple messages to reception if clinic as they not give me any number or name of responsible person!
Absolutely unprofessional way to work!

The team at City Vet performed exceptionally well. This was my first experience utilizing their grooming services for my children, and after trying numerous other groomers, I believe I have finally found a service that truly understands our specific needs. Steve, their groomer, did a wonderful job. The staff was very friendly, and I particularly appreciated receiving the charming pictures of my children after their grooming session, which I found delightful. Thank you for your excellent work; it is greatly appreciated. 🙌❤️

I took both my dogs to the clinic and had such a positive experience. The staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they treated my girls with so much kindness and care. Dr Marwa was amazing patient, gentle, and very thorough in explaining everything to me. I could tell they genuinely care about the well-being of animals, and that really put me at ease. My girls both so comfortable, which says a lot! I’m very grateful for the excellent care we received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet team that truly goes above and beyond.

We highly recommend City Vet in Oasis! The whole team was super accommodating shout to Marcel!, and a special shoutout goes to Dr. Pelin, who performed the spaying procedure for our Ginger. From the pre-op process all the way through her recovery, they kept us updated every step of the way.
Dr. Pelin even reached out after we got home and followed up the next day to check on Ginger—such a thoughtful touch!
Now our Princess Ginger is fully recovered, and her stitches are healing beautifully—hardly any trace at all. We’re beyond happy and relieved that she’s now safe and free from pyometra. Thank you so much, Dr. Pelin and the whole City Vet team! 🐶💖
