From world-class facilities to an incredibly skilled and compassionate team, everything exceeded our expectations. The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and supportive at every step. During a critical situation, the medical team acted with remarkable efficiency and confidence. Their timely decisions and expert handling ensured the safety of both my wife and our newborn, and for that we are deeply grateful. Special thanks to Dr. Preethi Sahu (OB/Gynecologist). Post-surgery care was exceptional. The nursing team provided continuous support to my wife, ensuring her comfort and recovery, while also offering excellent newborn assistance, guidance, and reassurance. Their dedication and empathy made a huge difference during such a sensitive time. I would like to extend my special thanks to the nurses who supported with their extensive support (PAM, Nishadi, & Hajira) and also many more. A special mention to the support services: • Catering services (ADNH) were excellent, and Mahima deserves special appreciation for her polite nature, caring attitude, and outstanding service. • The housekeeping team maintained the hospital premises impeccably, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Every team at FUH worked efficiently, effectively, and in perfect coordination, which truly reflects the hospital’s commitment to quality healthcare and patient care. I had a recent surgery procedure done by Dr. Ritu Khare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the initial consultation through recovery, Dr. Khare was professional, clear, and reassuring, explaining everything in a way that built confidence and trust. The entire medical team deserves special praise. They’re very attentive, kind, and genuinely supportive at every step. The nursing and administrative staff were efficient and compassionate, which made a stressful situation feel manageable and well-handled. Highly Recommended – Best Doctor for Maternity Care! Dr. Jayacy Chandrassery is truly an amazing doctor. She made my wife feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire delivery process. What impressed us the most is that she patiently waited and guided us for 3 days, helping my wife go from a surgery to a successful normal delivery. Her dedication, care, and encouragement made all the difference. The supporting staff and the overall facility were also excellent. A Heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Pooja Jaisal I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received during my pregnancy, and I want to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Pooja. From the very first consultation to the surgery and my recovery, Dr. Pooja provided both medical and mental support. I felt I was in safe hands, and through her, I truly saw the presence of God. She gave me confidence and the medical support I needed, and, most importantly, she made our pregnancy journey much happier and easier. Dr. Pooja was patient, kind, and compassionate, always ensuring that I understood each step of the process. I felt fully informed and supported throughout. I would also like to take a moment to appreciate Nurse Shijina, who supported and guided us during the doctor's outpatient visit. She was extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease. Before heading to the operating theatre, I was reassured by a kind doctor(unfortunately, I didn'tcatch his name). Nurse Sajitha, the anaesthesia nurse, was also incredibly supportive, helping to calm my anxiety before the surgery. During the surgery, I felt confident in the hands of a skilled and experienced team. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been easier than expected, thanks to Dr. Pooja’s care. I also want to thank the entire medical team for their support throughout this journey.
