I have visited here multiple time and everytime i got more than my expectations, staff and doctors are very cooperative, friendly and understand the needs.

We had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience today afternoon at Prime Medical Center during our visit with Dr. Magdy, followed by an even worse experience at the pharmacy. During the consultation, Dr. Magdy clearly stated that he would prescribe: • Two types of nasal spray • Beneficial bacteria (probiotics) due to my wife having taken antibiotics for one week previously and being prescribed antibiotics again for another week. However, when we proceeded to the pharmacy, we were shocked to find that: • Only one nasal spray was written • No beneficial bacteria was included in the prescription We were asked to wait for insurance approval. The approval came at 1:18 PM, yet by 1:30 PM, we were still waiting while other customers were being served. When we approached the pharmacist Usama Ahmed, his behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concern: • He stated that another client was from Emirates Airline and they have a contract with Prime — which is completely irrelevant and unacceptable. • When we questioned the missing medication, he rudely told us to “read the prescription” and check with the doctor, despite being informed that the doctor had already left. • He refused to contact the doctor or reception and said “it’s not my job”, asking us to resolve it ourselves. Only after escalating the issue to the manager were we assisted properly. Another pharmacist at counter 3 contacted the doctor. At that point: • Dr. Magdy stated that he did not write the beneficial bacteria because it is not covered by insurance • He then mentioned the second nasal spray, which he had failed to prescribe initially This raises serious concerns: • If the medication is not covered, why were we not informed during the consultation? • Why were we not given the option to decide whether to purchase it ourselves? • How are patients expected to “know the name” of required bacteria or medication if the doctor does not prescribe or explain it properly? Had we not remembered and questioned this, we would have left without essential medication. The most disappointing part is what happened afterward. We were promised a call from: • The doctor • A concerned/management representative Not to check on the patient’s health, not to apologize, not to resolve the issue — but only to inform us that we need to pay extra for the second nasal spray because it is not covered, which was the doctor’s mistake in the first place. This experience reflects: • Poor communication • Lack of transparency • Disrespectful behavior toward patients • Zero accountability from both the doctor and pharmacy staff We have been visiting Prime Medical Center for 2–3 years, and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. The behavior of the pharmacist and the handling by the doctor were completely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and will not let this matter go unresolved.

After checking most medical centers in the area I was really lucky to finally decide to go there. I got the best treatment in a really long time. 1. I didn’t wait much, from the moment I stepped in. 2. The doctors are very friendly and understanding! If you want to know how it should be consult with Doctor Nisreen Family Medicine and Doctor Wasem Cardio! 3. The tests are so smooth and done quickly from imagining to blood tests. The work flow is incredibly organized and smooth.
