I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service I received from Dr. Farzana during my complicated dental extraction. I was extremely anxious, but she was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient, which helped me trust her and feel at ease throughout the procedure. She truly went above and beyond by staying beyond her working hours to ensure the extraction was completed safely. I would also like to sincerely thank Nurse Sneha and Delsy for their outstanding support. They were compassionate, attentive, and provided constant emotional reassurance, checking on me throughout the process. Their care made a difficult experience much more manageable. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. They deserve all the praise and recognition for their exceptional service.

I would like to take a moment to express my very sincere and very positive feedback for Aster Clinic, Al Warqa 1, Dubai, and to appreciate the outstanding support provided by your team during a very sensitive and difficult time for my family. My wife having high-risk pregnancy due to some medical issues, and her doctor has strictly advised complete bed rest. During this critical period, she was required to undergo the GTT 3-step test, which involves visiting the clinic three times and sitting for long hours. Due to her medical condition, this was not possible. I contacted two to three clinics near our home and requested home sample collection for all three stages, clearly explaining the seriousness of her condition, but unfortunately, none of them provided a positive response. Finally, I approached Aster Clinic Al Warqa 1, Dubai, and explained the entire situation. I was truly impressed by the empathy, professionalism, and very positive attitude shown by your staff. Even though our doctor and ongoing treatment are not with Aster, your team treated us with such care and concern that it genuinely felt like we were decade-old Aster patients. Your team discussed the matter internally and very politely agreed to arrange home sample collection for all three stages, which was an immense relief for us during this stressful time. I would like to especially acknowledge Ms. Sari P. Sivan, the nursing staff assigned from Aster Al Warqa 1, Dubai. She carried out the entire procedure with exceptional care, patience, professionalism, and kindness, ensuring everything was completed smoothly while making us feel comfortable and supported throughout. I am extremely thankful to the entire Aster team, and especially to Ms. Sari P. Sivan, for her polite, compassionate, and positive attitude. In moments like these, such dedication and humanity truly make a difference. I had to visit the treatment room during a very difficult time, and I am truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Ashraf was extremely professional, calm, and reassuring. His quick assessment and prompt treatment made a huge difference and helped me recover faster. A special thank you to Sister Julie, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my time in the treatment room. Her compassion and constant care made me feel safe and well looked after. The quick response, teamwork, and genuine concern shown by the staff made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I had a very good experience at Aster Clinic Al Warqa. Dr. Vicky Jacob from General Medicine was extremely professional, patient, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Her guidance and treatment really helped me. I also consulted Dr. Athulya from Radiology, and she was equally supportive. She handled the procedure with great care and made me feel comfortable throughout. Her explanation of the reports was clear and reassuring. Overall, the staff and service at Aster Clinic Al Warqa were excellent. Highly recommended!
