The consultation was excellent and made me feel very comfortable and confident. My ear problem improved after the treatment. 1 out of 5We visited today on 31-Jan-2025. The front-end staff, a lady from Kerala, was very rude and unkind, especially towards patients who were genuinely unwell. They repeatedly tried to charge more than expected. Even after the consultation, we had to speak with her multiple times regarding the billing, and she continued to insist on extra charges. However, Dr. T. S. Satheesh was extremely kind, professional, and truly a great doctor.

1 out of 5I visited Dr. Gandhi Murugan for a check-up due to colds, flu, and fever. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. He seemed rude, rushed, and unapproachable, giving the impression that he did not want to listen or fully address my concerns. I requested Vitamin B Complex and asked about magnesium for occasional sleep issues. He refused without offering any guidance on how I could obtain them and only reluctantly added other vitamins. When he mentioned it wouldn’t be covered by insurance, I told him I was willing to pay cash, yet the prescription still did not include the Vitamin B Complex I specifically requested. This visit left me feeling unheard and uncared for, especially compared to my experiences with Dr. Misbee, who is always attentive, approachable, and genuinely compassionate, taking the time to listen and thoroughly address her patients’ concerns. Her care and empathy make a real difference, and it is why I continue to trust Dr. Misbee with my health.

5 out of 5I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Josephs Polyclinic Karama for the exceptional care my wife received today. My wife suddenly developed a severe allergic reaction after lunch— intense itching and stomach pain — and by the time we reached the clinic, she could barely walk. Despite the clinic being very crowded, the reception team immediately understood the urgency and arranged for a doctor without any delay. Dr. Bindu Shaji personally came out to check on my wife the moment she saw her condition. The staff quickly brought a wheelchair and moved her to the emergency room, treating her with the same care and concern as a family member. Their calmness, professionalism, and empathy truly made a frightening situation much easier to handle. I am deeply thankful to Dr. Bindu Shaji for her swift response and kindness. A special thanks as well to Manager Deepika for her constant support and reassurance throughout, and to all the nurses who took such gentle and attentive care of my wife. We are truly grateful for the entire team. Thank you for being there when we needed help the most.

5 out of 5I visited Dr. Joseph Polyclinic for my dental treatment. The service was excellent! My dentist, Dr. Thenmozhi Rajendran (General Dentist), was very kind and professional. I had an RCT (root canal treatment) done for one tooth, two crowns, and full teeth cleaning. I was so satisfied with the results that I also brought my wife for her full teeth cleaning. During her check-up, the doctor found a cavity and suggested filling, which was also done smoothly. Thank you so much, Dr. Thenmozhi Rajendran and the entire clinic team, for your great service and care! Highly recommended!
