The treatment was painless and I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sharma to anyone looking for a great dentist.

1 out of 5NEW UPDATE 22 jan 2026...BY FORCE TRYING TO GET EMIRATES ID,AS WELL AS ALTERNATIVE PHONE NUMBER FROM MANAGER ITS SELF, Extremely disappointed,..the rude behaviour of the front desk females staff,.this is my first time visit to aster clinic al karama(UMC) Rest of the stuff looks decant, but front desk both female staffs definitely need to have customer service training ,..date 14/01/2026..(1:55pm) moreover booked appointment for 2pm,..now 2:40pm ,still 2 patients before me,...ridiculous, so my question is why we need appointment then if medical center not on time?????

Dr. Divya was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The care and support provided by Nurse Biji were also outstanding—very gentle, attentive, and friendly. The clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness, and the entire staff is cooperative and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Aster Clinic to others.

Everyone was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. Dr. Sheriful Hassan took the time to explain the treatment clearly and addressed all my concerns with patience, which I truly appreciated. Anjaly Ann and Amrut were very helpful and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5I would like to share my feedback and express my gratitude to the front office staff available in UMC Karama yesterday Mr. Prasanth, for handling my case efficiently and helping me out for a wrong insurance issue made by another staff, without causing any inconvenience for me. It was excellent experience for me, he being friendly and efficient, perfectly understanding the problem and solving it even late at night. He handled my insurance change (which was made wrong previously by another) smoothly with no mistakes. Good job Aster and appreciate if we can have such people welcoming us in future as well.
