I especially want to commend the reception staff, particularly the young staff member on the second floor, for his polite and respectful behavior and outstanding performance. 2 out of 5I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this visa testing center, specifically regarding patient privacy and confidentiality. Before proceeding with the X-ray, the receptionist began asking women personal medical questions to rule out pregnancy. She asked loudly, in a hall full of other female applicants, questions such as when my last menstrual period (LMP) was and whether I was sure I was not pregnant. There was absolutely no privacy maintained. These questions were asked openly instead of in a confidential, one-to-one manner. I politely advised the receptionist that such sensitive information should be handled discreetly. Her response was dismissive; she said that it did not matter because everyone present was female. However, the main door was open, and men were standing outside and could clearly hear the conversation. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in a medical setting where confidentiality should be a priority. Asking personal reproductive health questions in a public area is inappropriate and caused unnecessary embarrassment and discomfort. I strongly recommend that the management train staff on patient privacy, confidentiality, and professional communication to prevent such experiences in the future.

The staff Mr Syed Mubashir at reception is very cool and nice he guided us till the end of the process. I really appreciate his attitude and attention.
