Dr. Park is a highly skilled orthodontist who makes my children feel comfortable and relaxed during every visit. Lincy is also a great dental assistant—kind, attentive, and very supportive. Overall, a wonderful dental experience for our family.

1 out of 5I visited this dentist over two months ago seeking professional advice and treatment for a dental implant, they had assigned me to Dr Moustafa. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning and I felt the doctor is lacking experience!! Despite multiple visits and follow-ups, my dental condition has progressively worsened rather than improved. To date, I have never been provided with a clear treatment plan, procedural steps, timeline, or even a formal quotation for the implant procedure, which is unacceptable for any competent dental practice. The dentist consistently avoided providing basic information regarding: • The required treatment stages • The duration of each step • The total cost and payment structure There was clear reluctance and lack of transparency, and I was left confused, uninformed, and without any confidence in the proposed treatment. This behaviour reflects a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and patient care. Dental implant procedures require careful planning, communication, and accountability — all of which were completely absent in this case. I strongly feel that my time, health, and trust were not respected. I would not recommend this clinic, specially this Dr Moustafa to anyone seeking professional, ethical, and patient-focused dental care. I wished google could allow me to rating much far below 1.
