I love going here the doctors are nice like dr Furooq and the receptionists are all friendly specially hessa albaloshi so sweet

This was the worst service experience we have ever had. My mom needed a dental filling with Dr. Hassan. He specifically told her that in case of an emergency, she could come in without an appointment. Yet when we returned to the clinic, we ended up waiting for nearly 3 hours and 2 minutes just to get her tooth treated. Despite being in obvious pain, my 60 year old mother was met with rudeness from the staff at the appointment desk. It was incredibly disappointing, especially after being told she could come in at any time. The lack of compassion and professionalism was unacceptable.
They treat me very well. Dr Hessa ortho surgeon did supercare and given advice also. Sister Simi Lukose helping verywell. Conter staff also done good approach. Totally am very Happy. Again special thanks to Dr Hessa and Sister Sini Lukose. Really proud of you all.
I had an issue with my jaw and bite that was causing gum degradation, which could eventually lead to tooth loss if left untreated. Most doctors dismissed it due to my age (25) at that time and only recommended surgery. However, (Dr. Soghyia Alhammar Talib) took the time to understand my concerns. She suggested trying braces instead, even though there was only a 50/50 chance of success, knowing I wasn’t comfortable with surgery. I’m truly grateful to have her as my doctor—she genuinely cares about her patients’ health, both physically and mentally, and it shows in her dedication to her work.
