I am super satisfied with my experience today after having a dental filling and deep cleaning. At first, I was really hesitant to have the procedure done because I thought it might be painful, and I always felt that dental treatments in the Philippines were better. However, my tooth had been hurting, especially when drinking cold water, so I decided to have a consultation at Sahara Dental Clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, approachable, and accommodating all the staff were most especially my Kabayan and Doc.Elaine. I was referred to Dr. Jazeela, who is incredibly kind, approachable, and reassuring. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to calmly explain every step of the procedure and address all my concerns one by one, which really helped ease my worries. She has such a gentle touch that I barely felt any pain. There was a slight sensitivity during the procedure, but she explained that it was completely normal. Afterward, everything felt clean, comfortable, and I felt confident about my teeth again. I am truly grateful to Dr. Jazeela and her assistant for their professionalism and excellent care. At the reception, we were greeted with smile, warmth and kindness by Ms. Reg and their Manager Elaine which made us feel welcome and comfortable. Me, my daughter and my husband were treated by Dr. Masouf. He was very accommodating. He explained everything well. He was also very kind and patient to my daughter. And she said she did not felt any pain when her tooth was removed.😀 She was happy all throughout the treatment. It was also the second time her tooth was removed at Sahara. My husband and I are also very happy with the tooth cleaning and filling. Dr Masouf did an excellent job in treating us. We will be coming back for sure. I am looking forward to get the tooth whitening promo that they are offering. Good deal for the price.😀
I had a great experience with Dr. Ali and Dr. Mahsoof. Dr. Ali handled my braces with professionalism and care, while Dr. Mahsoof performed my root canal smoothly and pain-free. Both doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and highly recommended.
