I visited this clinic for the first time two days ago, and honestly, I had a really good experience. All the staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. The doctor was especially great he listened to me properly and gave me a clear and detailed consultation. Even though there were a lot of patients when I arrived, the staff handled everything smoothly. The reception team, the nurses, and the doctor were all busy, but they still did their jobs quickly and efficiently. I didn’t feel confused or lost at any point. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service. It’s a busy clinic, but the staff truly know how to manage things well. I definitely appreciate their hard work.
My friend was in really bad condition he was suffered from high fever. When we reach to the medical the person of the reception talk rudely with us in loud voice. I dont like the way he talked. They should know how to talk with the patient. However doctors are good 😊
Everything was good the doctors are here is polite and kind however the staff of the reception are very rude. They should know how to behave with the patient. Don’t show your attitude. You are working in medical field just try to be polite.
No rules here if you need to checkup you need to wait 3 hours just for checkup if someone taking is Tamil he is first am waiting for check up last two hour before one lady on counter she says am on the first number after two hours again reach on counter that where is my number still waiting there is one Person he is saying that still have 3 persons then your turn what is that ? Everything is free here that they are doing like this
Yesterday i visited the clinic at evening time i had a great experience at the clinic, and I want to specifically mention the guy his name was Kaif at the front desk. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He handled everything smoothly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to see such dedication and friendliness — he truly made the visit stress-free. Keep up the amazing work!
