About a month ago, I visited a dental hospital called Oris Dental Center in Jumeirah, Dubai, because of a toothache. They informed me that I needed a filling and a root canal treatment, and they got approval from my insurance. I agreed, and the root canal treatment began. However, it has been a month and the treatment is still not completed. When I returned to the hospital today, they asked for another insurance approval. I did not agree to this as I have already paid for the service, and I have been waiting for over a month with an unfinished tooth. They opened the tooth, started the root canal, but never closed it. I would like to file a formal complaint against this hospital. And they tried to get me to sign such a document after one month.

I recently visited Oris Dental Clinic at the Nad Al Sheba branch, located in The Arch Mall, and had a truly pleasant experience. I went in for a deep cleaning and a panoramic X-ray, and from start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The receptionist, Hanan, was very nice and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Nurse Sara assisted during the procedure with genuine kindness and care—her support during the X-ray was especially comforting. Dr. Shahad was absolutely amazing. As someone who is usually anxious about dental procedures, I was so relieved by how delicate and gentle she was during the cleaning. It was completely painless, and she made the whole experience pleasant. She took the time to thoroughly explain my X-ray results and walked me through the next steps in my treatment plan. She’s incredibly professional, polite, and patient—I strongly recommend her. The clinic itself is bright, modern, and spotless, with brand-new equipment that made the whole visit feel even more reassuring. It was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I’m genuinely looking forward to returning. Many thanks to the entire team for the amazing work and care. A separate thanks for the kind gesture of a small gift bag that was given to me at the end. It was a cherry on top of my unforgettable experience there. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
