I was admitted for parotid surgery yesterday, with the professionalism and teamwork of the surgery team specially to Dr. Sivaraprakash Rathanaswamy, the surgery was successful and went well without any complications. I wanted to thank as well the duty Nurse Suby Varghese and her colleagues who always ensures and check me with utmost care and attention. From the food attendant who delivers every meal on time. The Cleaning Team who always visits and tidy my room. I really do appreciate the gesture. The Hospitality shown from Admission till Discharge was great and my experience aides towards my healing. KUDOS to everyone. 🙏☺️
I visited Medeor Hospital with my child, and from the moment we entered, we truly felt cared for. The hospitality and support shown to us were outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. McEnroe for his patience, kindness, and the genuine care he showed toward my child it meant a great deal to us as parents. The reception team guided us smoothly, and the radiology department (X-ray and ultrasound) handled everything with remarkable calmness and care, making the entire process comfortable for my child. Special thanks to Mr. Eldhose for his excellent coordination and professionalism throughout. We left the hospital feeling relieved, supported, and deeply grateful. My experience at Medeor Hospital, Bujman, was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this facility not only for the quality of the medical treatment but also for the genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality shown by the entire staff. The level of surgical expertise provided by Dr. Dildar, the super special surgeon, was outstanding. His skill and professionalism gave me complete confidence in the treatment, and I am incredibly grateful for his care. Beyond the surgical excellence, the nursing team delivered impeccable support. Sister Neethu, the OP Nurse, was especially helpful and supportive, ensuring my pre- and post-operative needs were met with kindness and efficiency. The dedication of the ward sisters, including Sister Divya and Sister Jessi, was equally impressive. Kathir from ICU who know how handle all needs of a patient. I must also extend my sincere thanks to the other sister she is from Bangalore whose name unfortunately escapes me as she, too, contributed significantly to my recovery. Collectively, this team did a spectacular job. They were consistently available, always ready with a smile for any support or help I required. The constant presence and readiness of the staff made a significant difference in my hospital stay. I cannot recommend Medeor Hospital, Bujman enough for its high standards of treatment and outstanding patient-focused hospitality.
