I wanted to have a couple of visits before i write anything, for me the last year i went to almost 5 gynecologist and each one of them gave me such a bad experience to the point where i hated going i never went back to any of them and simply relied on chatgpt for my concerns and questions and these 5 experiences had me questioning How can a woman be another woman's enemy? Specially that a women body and pregnancy is such a sensitive topic but all the dr’s were completely bullying me in the name of medicine, until my sister advised me to go to Dr Dina! What a lovely soft hearted person before being A great Dr she is a human who truly cared for me as her patient, her daughter or as a humen this is my third visit but she is the only one who i came back to her and truly felt comfortable asking the questions i had and answering me with a smile even in her examination she is very delicate and sweet, she explains everything in a clear way and advice you on what to do but never pushed me towards anything that im not comfortable with. I truly advise any women who had a hard time finding a human before a gynecologist visit dr Dina.

I had faced challenges with previous doctors, so I was nervous going into this experience — but Dr. Dina truly exceeded all my expectations. From our very first call, she remembered my name, which instantly made me feel valued and cared for. Throughout my pregnancy, she consistently checked in and followed up, making sure I felt supported every step of the way. She feels more like a friend than a doctor — warm, honest, and incredibly compassionate. Dr. Dina is not only kind, but also smart, professional, and reassuring. I trust her completely and genuinely wouldn’t want to give birth anywhere else unless she is there. Medcare clinic is spotless, well-organized, and the entire staff is amazing and welcoming. I had a very disappointing experience at Medcare on Al Taawun Street. I had an ultrasound appointment booked for 9:00 AM and I arrived early at 8:30 AM. The reception area was completely empty and I was the only patient there. Despite arriving early and being the first one, I was only admitted at 9:20 AM. If appointments are given to patients, the doctor and staff should respect the scheduled time. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and it shows a lack of organization and consideration for patients’ time. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not plan to return again. I hope they improve their service and punctuality in the future.
