I had an appointment with Dr Brajesh first time and I would say he is a very kind hearted soul and he treats very politely and listen to the patient. His Nurse saima she was very kind to me throughout the checkup and procedure process. Ai would like to thank Ms ashwairya the Technical person who did my ECHO test with full loyalty and integrity and she stayed for me to do my procedure even though her shift was over. Special thanks to Ms Yasmin the reception lady, she is amazing and very loyal to her work and she greets patients with good smiling face she is the best person to contact if you have any kind of queries related to appointment and procedure bookings. I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR BRAJESH TO CONSULT IF YOU HAVE ANY CARDIAC ISSUES. HE IS THE BEST TO RULE OUT YOUR PROBLEMS.

I honestly I love the way Medicare teams, nurses and doctors works, the doctors annd nurses are very kind, calm and understanding. Thanks to Dr Khalid, Dr Ghassan and Dr Richa and nurse Supriya from ICU ward. They helped my husband to recover fast, God Bless them and their families. And plus the pharmacist Ms Fathima yousaf so kind and helpful to us with insurance thing. God Bless her too. Allover the treatments are fabulous and amazing.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and strong recommendation for Medcare Hospital following my recent septoplasty (deviated septum correction) and removal of swollen cartilage. My experience was excellent in every aspect, starting with Dr. Mohamed El Naggar, who demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, precision, and care. The surgery was handled perfectly, and his expertise and calm approach provided great reassurance before, during, and after the procedure. I would also like to extend special thanks to his assistant, Josalyen, whose support and follow-up were exceptional. Her continuous communication, attention to detail, and genuine care before and after the surgery made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. In addition, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the hospital, the room standards, and the professionalism of the nursing team. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, responsive, and supportive, which reflects Medcare’s strong commitment to patient care and safety. Overall, this was a very positive medical experience, and I highly recommend Medcare Hospital and Dr. Mohamed El Naggar to anyone seeking ENT care or surgical treatment. I had an extremely frustrating experience during my ultrasound and blood test appointment. I was made to wait for a long time without being given a token, despite the section not being crowded I was literally the only patient waiting. During this time, another patient arrived, was immediately given a token, and was called in ahead of me. When I asked about this, I was told that I needed to pay first, but there was no cashier available at the reception, and this was never communicated to me in advance. When I pointed out the inconsistency, I was told the other patient had paid at a different reception. This entire situation could have been easily avoided with basic communication. If I had simply been informed upfront that payment was required before receiving a token regardless of where I would have done so immediately. Poor coordination, lack of clarity, and unnecessary waiting made what should have been a routine medical visit stressful and disappointing. If zero stars were an option, I would select it

I was admitted to Medcare Alsafa hospital. Nurses (Aswathi.P, Blessy and Iman) at the ward were very pleased, helpful and professional. My doctor Dr.Biborka was amazing. She made my experience very comfortable and reassuring.
