Very worst experience. I order Refrigerator Fridge before 1 week. They said Delivery within 2 days. But finished 1 week and still i don't get product. When i call the LULU Customer support every day they answering we will deliver today today today. I never expect like this worst experience in lulu. Please don't buy anything from LULU Al Rashidiya, i never seen like this irresponsible staffs and management.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
"Nice shopping mall with most Lulu offers available, but I noticed fewer cashback/promotions here compared to other Lulu branches. Clean and well-maintained—good for a quick visit, but check offers on the Lulu app before buying."
I would like to express my disrepest concern to you all. Today, my mother came to buy a things at your Resshidiya branch. At that time, when she picked up the things and went to the billing area, a Sri Lankan woman and a boy from that place from cashiring. They both spoke to my mother in inappropriate words. If they didn't know that my mother was a Sri Lankan woman, they used unnecessary abusive words. We have been living in Residency for the past 20 years in rashidiya. We are buying goods and equipment from lulu group. For now a days are any other nationality staff are new joining those are much much poor staf before also i heard some bad conversation but women of Philippines country have been running the business from cacheir in a good manner polid and much respect full with a good management. Now, for the first time, such an incident happened today at around 8.35 or 8.40 am. But my mother informed the supervisor about it and only after coming home did she tell me that something like this happened. I am very worried that you should avoid and stops this type of staffs . We know that we are a quality and trustworthy company. We have been there for so long, so I request you please don't take a unrespctable peoples from anywhere 😢
All vendors in this small mall I spoke with were super friendly. On the second floor there's a perfume stand and a friendly young man will be patient with you in choosing your scent. You can choose the size of the bottle, as well as spray or roll on for it. Also, on the basement level, next to the parking level entry, there's a plant shop. A young man who works as a seller will advise you on how to care for your plants, no obligation to buy anything.
Lulu Hypermarket Rashidiya is one of the best places for shopping. The store is spacious, clean, and very well-organized. You can find everything in one place—from fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat to household essentials, electronics, and clothing. Prices are reasonable and they always have good offers and promotions. The staff are polite and helpful, and the checkout process is smooth. Parking is also convenient, which makes shopping stress-free. Overall, it’s a great shopping experience every time. Highly recommended!
