Hands up to Dr. SHAMEERA K.M. I've been visiting her whenever I get sick. I've moved into a different Emirate but I still go back to her whenever the medicines from other Clincs/Hospitals don't work. It's always a relief visiting her knowing that it would only be maximum 3 days of the meds she prescribes to work wonders.
Whatever the case, ensure that you have at least 2 hours time. You need to take at least 3 different queue. There is no specific instruction which queue to follow And ensure that you are in right queue. Tokens are just for name sake, and patients should have enough patience. Double check the prescription and confirm the insurance details to avoid delay at pharmacy. Two times the insurance details was mentioned wrong and resulted in claim rejection
I was a bit disappointed with the service at the clinic. I understand the receptionist may still be new, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination. I called in advance and was told the insurance was covered, but when we arrived, we were informed it wasn’t and were only given a reimbursement form. I understand policies can vary, but in this case, they could’ve at least contacted the insurance to confirm. The registration process also took a long time. On the positive side, the pediatrician was very good. We visited another clinic the next day and the insurance was approved without any issues.
Had a pleasant and satisfying experience with Jupiter medical center at Al Nahda 2! My son got severe leg injury in 4 major areas and consulted Dr. Surjith who is one of the best doctors in handling critical cases. Doctor thoroughly examined the wounds and advised the required medicines and dressing of the affected areas. Supporting staff Mr. Ajil who is a specialist in orthopedic treatments, helped my son in dressing of multiple wounds which were very severe. The pain was very high that was observed by Mr. Ajil and he first made my son to feel comfortable. With utmost care and speaking politely with my son, Mr. Ajil had completed the multiple dressings by cleaning the wounds in a more appealing and good looking manner with all necessary antiseptic cream and protection bandages. The procedure took almost one hour which Mr. Ajil carried out the treatment with ease and patience! On completion of dressing, my son felt very much relaxed, secured and confident after which he had undergone several dressings until the wounds were completely healed to start a normal routine life. Thanks to Doctor Surjith and Mr. Ajil for having an excellent experience with utmost kindness and protection with care! My family felt much secured with peace of mind that our health is in safe hands with Jupiter Medical center! Requesting JMC to retain and appraise vital talents like Dr. Surjith and Mr. Ajil
I recently moved to Al Nahda-2 and looking for good clinic for common flu and cold for my Kids. One of my friends suggested Jupiter clinic and my visit to the Jupiter clinic was positive and reassuring experience. Dr. Jimmy (Pediatric) is very good and professional doctor. He explained the diagnosis and prescribed medicine which was very effective. My second visit for General practitioner Dr.Kiran and he is very good Doctor and prescribed medicine and rational behind recommendation. They don't do appointment over phone, it first come first serve basis. No parking available so need to use paid parking.
