I use this hospital for the past 4 years for all the medical checkups. Staff is very nice and kind and they help me a lot all the time. Dr. Eduard Janz is an excellent and professional doctor, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all his efforts in my surgery and treatment.
I would like to share a concern regarding a medical procedure I underwent at Emirates Hospital Motor City in October. Following a Botox treatment, I experienced eyelid-related symptoms that I had never had before. I returned to the treating doctor to raise my concern, however my symptoms were not fully acknowledged at the time. I was initially prescribed medication, which was later corrected by the nursing staff. On the same day, I consulted an ophthalmologist at the same hospital, who advised that the symptoms were consistent with a Botox related side effect due incorrect injection, Subsequently, I sought opinions from multiple eye specialists, all of whom provided similar feedback. I attempted several times to follow up with the treating doctor and raised formal complaints with the hospital through emails, calls, and in-person visits. I was informed that the matter would be reviewed; however, I did not receive any follow-up or outcome. Several months later, I am still experiencing ongoing effects. I am sharing this feedback to highlight the importance of post-procedure follow-up, clear communication, and patient support.
My visit today was unpleasant. I came for ultrasound with Dr Seba, and waited for few minutes and she is lovely and very helpful, the way she explained to me, and the nurse was very nice and friendly. After the radiologist, the receptionist booked a GP I requested and he booked at 2pm (which I have mentioned I do have appointments with radiologist). At 2 pm, I got a call from GP nurse (Philippina nurse) that my appointment is 2pm. I have explained her that I still with Radiologist on the same hospital. When my examination done, I went to G floor to meet the GP. First, the nurse not even smile or greet me Second, she spoke to me in her own language assuming I am from the Philippines, which twice, I have said “sorry” to indicate I don't understand what she talking about. Third, Dr Doa, intimidating saying “where have you been, we are looking for you” with an intimidating tone, then after that, thats the time she ask how am I. Very disappointed with how I have been treated. Which never once I experienced this kind of treatment from any hospital I visited. Yesterday I met Dr Waled, he was very nice, very friendly, and the indian nurse as well. We came to the hospital with all different symptoms, physically we are not well, and having treated that way, not the experience I wish I could get. An improvement is required for both nurse and Dr Dua to how greet patients and how to have better interaction moving forward.

Highly recommend Emirates Hospital Motor City for anyone seeking top-tier healthcare with a human touch.
