I have very bad experience with sanjay medical center today. I was really sick when I go to see the doctor there is one nurse i think she name "ansi" she was super rude also she's treating for all patients with her angry face. I don't know what's going on around her it's doesn't mean that she should act this way coz we're not there for free services.

Excellent Doctor, But Please Be Prepared for a Wait "I visited to consult with the dermatologist and first want to say the doctor was excellent—very kind, attentive, and thorough. I felt well cared for during my consultation and truly appreciate his expertise. However, my visit was significantly impacted by an exceptionally long wait. In total, I spent well over an hour (about 75 minutes) waiting, both before and after seeing the doctor. This experience suggests there may be opportunities to improve front desk staffing or the scheduling system. While I would still recommend this doctor for his medical skill, potential patients should be aware that visits may involve a substantial wait." We had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Sanjay Medical Center, Dubai. My wife and I called in the morning to consult Dr. Irosha Jayawardena for pregnancy concerns. The staff handling calls told us no appointment was required and that the doctor would be available at 4:30 PM. When we arrived, we were told the doctor would only come at 5:30 PM. We waited patiently, but later discovered there was actually a queue for patients with appointments. Despite asking the reception multiple times, they kept saying no appointment was needed. Only after waiting for more than an hour did we learn the truth from other patients. The reception then said they “didn’t know we were waiting,” which shows poor communication and lack of professionalism. That being said, Dr. Irosha was extremely kind and professional – hats off to her. Unfortunately, the reception staff really need proper training in handling patients and communicating clearly.
I’m very happy with Dr. Parvathy She is kind, professional, and her Physiotherapy sessions have really helped me feel better. I’m seeing good improvement, and I feel more confident with each session. Highly recommend her! ♥️
