Very professional staff. I like that they do not just treat a tooth , but have a complex approach to the treatment. I myself were treated by Dr Ryadh, who did a great job, even though my case were complicated and took longer than expected. Thank you to Ms Olenna for support and for the patience as well.
I had an excellent experience at the dental clinic. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, the nurses were very friendly and supportive, and the treatment itself was quick and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Riyadh for his attentive and professional care.
I’m disappointed by an experience at this clinic. While I approached the front desk to discuss a possible discount, I felt the staff member’s reaction was unprofessional and embarrassing. She commented loudly about my request to the doctor and even laughed in a way that drew attention from other patients. I understand that pricing conversations can be sensitive, but this conduct made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable, especially in a public setting. I would expect staff to handle price discussions with discretion, respect, and courtesy, and to avoid any remarks that could undermine a patient’s dignity. I hope the clinic will address this behavior with training and ensure a more respectful, confidential experience for all patients in the future. Doctor and treatment was amazing, but the Russian receptionist is very unprofessional! I even cried in my car from embarrassment. -Madina Akhmadali
