I had my braces treatment with Dr. Mohammad, who was a truly professional orthodontist. Because I trusted the clinic, I paid months in advance for additional services, including aligners, retainer, professional cleaning, and brace removal. Due to an urgent relocation to another country, which I informed the clinic about in advance, I visited the clinic on my last day and received only a basic correction from another orthodontist. Unfortunately, this doctor lacked even basic correction skills, as Dr. Mohammad no longer works at the clinic. Despite the fact that the paid services (aligners, retainer, cleaning, and brace removal) were not provided, the clinic initially refused to refund my money, even though they were aware that I was moving abroad within a week. As a result, I was left with a very negative impression of the clinic. I used to recommend this clinic to my friends, but after this experience, my opinion changed. I eventually received my refund through Dubai Municipality, as the clinic had no legal right to withhold payment for services that were not provided.
A year ago, I got aligners for my teeth at this clinic. Now my teeth are perfectly straight. They do their work very well, and I am satisfied with the results of my teeth. All the staff at the clinic are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is also nice, and you feel comfortable. Thank you all, and I wish you success in your work
One of the best decisions and experiences!!! Dr alaa is very nice and kind and Denise and Joane were very accommodating and patient!! I did the invisible aligners and it took me less than a year, very very very happy with the results!!! Would certainly recommend for anyone who wants to transform their teeth! My plan also got longer and Dr Alaa kept offering extra aligners till I was satisfied and happy!
I had such an amazing experience at this lively clinic! ✨ I came in for teeth whitening and aligners, and from the very first visit, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor explained every step clearly and customized the treatment to my teeth — no rush, no pain, just professionalism and care. After the whitening, my smile looked so fresh and bright (no sensitivity at all!), and the aligners fit perfectly — super comfortable and invisible, which I love since I’m always filming and taking photos for work. 📸 The clinic is spotless, modern, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming — they really go above and beyond to make you feel confident about your smile.
