I visited Dr. Ahmad after receiving a misdiagnosis from another dentist. I was told elsewhere, based on an X-ray, that I needed a root canal. Since my symptoms didn’t match what I understood about root canals, I decided to seek a second opinion. After reading so many positive reviews about Dr. Ahmad, I booked an appointment and shared my concerns. From the start, he made me feel comfortable and explained all the possible scenarios. He took a new X-ray and was very honest, saying you can’t always come to a final conclusion just from an X-ray and that a closer look was needed. When I gave the go-ahead, he carefully investigated and confirmed that I did not need a root canal at all, just a deep filling. I was so relieved and grateful that he took the time to get to the right answer, sparing me from unnecessary treatment. On top of that, he gave me one of the most thorough and gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. As someone with very sensitive teeth, I was amazed that he managed to clean my teeth and complete two fillings without anesthesia and with no major discomfort. It’s safe to say that I’ll only be visiting Dr. Ahmad at Bright Smile for all my dental needs going forward. A special mention also to the gentleman at reception, he was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The clinic as a whole is clean, efficient, and friendly. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
