Took 70% of the payment upfront, then postponed my follow-up appointment. When I returned on the rescheduled day, I still had to wait an additional two hours (more than that) past the new appointment time. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have plenty of time to waste.
this clinic is so bad, the doctor was fine. but the reception and the staff are so incompetent and they are so slow. they made me come all the way from sharjah during peak time and told me to go back cuz their staff wasnt available and after my appointment they tell me they will call for my next appointment and they never call me again and i have to call them instead they said my treatment will finished within a year or so, its now been 2 years 💔 please don’t believe when they say “we will call you for the appointment”.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I visited over a month ago for a simple teeth cleaning. They charged me a consultation fee and told me they would call back after sending the request for insurance approval. Since then, I have received no call. I personally went to the clinic multiple times to follow up, but every time the response was the same: “come later, we will call you.” Even after one month, they still have not sent the request for approval, and the excuse was that their clinic license renewal is pending. This is very unprofessional, On top of that, the receptionist’s behavior was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, she repeatedly gave the same answer and spoke in an unprofessional manner. Overall, I strongly advise people not to visit this clinic for dental care—you will only waste your time, money, and patience.
The first time I visited the clinic was 5 years ago. I saw it as a very simple clinic. At that time, I was hesitant, but when I entered and received treatment, it was frankly better than some of the well-known, luxurious hospitals. The best treatment, the best attention, the best doctors and employees, and the whole family receives treatment there. I highly recommend it, especially Dr. Muhammad, Murtada, and others. They are all excellent in treatment and they only care about money. The most important thing for them is treating the patient.
I was suffering with foot pain (bone growth) Dr. Vivek suggested me to go for physiotherapy and as per the doctor’s instructions I started Physiotherapy with Ms. Bisma Ishtiaq . She is the physiotherapist in Axon & she is very professional, very kind, and she helped me by giving me some exercises. Everyday she is following up my exercises. It’s really helped me to reduce the unbearable pain!!!
