I visited the clinic at 39 weeks pregnant due to a concerning lack of baby movements. Normally, I consult with Dr. Anusree Saraswathi, but she was unavailable on the 26th. I informed the front office Guy also nurse Christy about my concerns, and they suggested waiting to see Dr. Lubna or Go to the hospital. Dr. Lubna's response wasn't satisfactory, I never seen Lubna first of all.. Nurse Christy updating her advice because em requested back to back ! I’m under some emergency situation..and she was advised to drink juice or walk if I didn't feel movements, which didn't alleviate my concerns. Fortunately, Dr. Anusree texted me and advised me to go to Aster Hospital Al Qusais' emergency department immediately. The hospital staff handled my situation promptly, and I was admitted under Dr. Chithra's care. The next morning, I gave birth to a baby boy✨🧿. I've had positive experiences with Dr. Anusree at this clinic previously, but the available doctor (Dr. Lubna) on this occasion didn't manage my situation well. Additionally, I expected better attention and hospitality from the nursing staff, particularly Nurse Christy, situation makes me high in blood pressure and panic. I hope Aster Clinic takes note of this feedback to improve their services, especially when dealing with urgent situations. 🙏🏻
We came here for Dr.Ansuree she’s the best and very friendly. However for scanning it took us more than 2 hours even though we came through a prior booked appointment it was very disappointing. I am sure there would be ways to improve and hope it’s taken into consideration.
Dr Lakshmi, she treated me and my husband well. Also the one in lab is highly recommended her name is Neenu. Much love to those staffs.
I've had the pleasure of being treated by two exceptional doctors - Dr. Lubna (Gynaecologist) and Dr. Khushbu (Radiologist). Dr. Lubna's straightforward and to-the-point approach is refreshing, while still being caring. Dr. Khushbu, despite our brief meeting, showed a warm and personal touch that made me feel at ease. I highly recommend both these doctors!
Had a disgusting experience with the radiology doctor Khushbu during my pelvic scan..attending emergency calls or using phone for a while is OK but making the patient onnthe observation table for kore than 15 mins. was not fine for a p9stpartum patient..I have not consulted yet with an irresponsible and very worst behaving doctor like her ..Ashamed for your service Dr.Kshushbu..try to be a good person and gain more experience in your duty..After the call I thought she was searching in Google how to do the scan ...A doctor with less experience is dangerous for such a good clinic.Please take utmost care in selecting and appointing doctors because most of the scanning related to delivery needs more careful observation.
