If you are the patience and need prescription medicine. Never trust their home delivery service !Very bad service!！ I have been waiting for 4 hrs for my prescription medicine! Till the moment I call them. Then they just apply for the insurance approval. !
Feba grace baby the pharmecist has no concern for customers. My wife is sick and burning, we wait 20mins and she says nothing sayi g waiting for insurance, she initially said 10mins. Again we wait another 40mins nothing and then you know what i realize? After waiting this long she says we can do delivery for you. She didnt even call to check with the insurance or push it. After i just show that my patience is running thin she calls insurance and they approve it. I understand insurance is not on her hands to approve but when she sees the patient sick and burning she has to be a human and help? Shameful. Someone is burning infront of u and you dont do nothing about it.
I’ve ordered with Aster multiple times. I use the 60 minute express service. I’ve never received anything within the 60 minute window. This is after multiple attempts. If you want your meditation on time, use a different company’s pharmacy because in my experience, you will spend more energy calling customer care to find out what’s happening than you will actually receiving your order, in my opinion.
Worst experience ever, placed order one night before through app. App promised delivery within 3 hours. I called the pharmacy after one hour of placing the order and they said driver is ready within one hour he will reach. It's been 10 hour since then, after requesting that I have to leave to airport and please deliver it, now they are saying it will take another 3 hours because apparently they have so many orders that they do not know how to execute it. From Motor city to Jumeirah Golf Estate it's hardly 15 min. However they are treating it like they are getting from RAK still without proper response. And again we won't get our payment back although it's not our mistake. It will be back to app only after ten days. Yes it was our mistake to chose aster so we cannot blame the pharmacy.
Unprofessional customer service. I was waiting for 30 minutes at the pharmacy even though there was just one other customer. Then they could not process insurance approval, so they proposed home delivery later on. A couple of hours later it was indeed delivered, but I had to pay for extra medicine that somehow was not covered by the insurance, about which I had not been contacted by the pharmacy at any point. When I called them to talk about the whole situation no one really knew what it was about and they did not suggest to handle it on their own in any way, leaving me alone with additional, unplanned cost. This is not a way one treats a client, not coming back again.
