Very disappointed with Aster Clinic Al Nahda, Sharjah. The waiting time is extremely poor, and the reception staff take their own sweet time calling patients, making it feel like they’re doing a favor rather than providing a service. I usually consult Dr. Shahzad, who is professional, but since he was unavailable, I met Dr. Rajesh. Unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. The doctor showed no courtesy, did not explain the diagnosis, and barely communicated. I had to ask what the issue was, only then was I told it was a bacterial infection. The consultation felt very mechanical and uncomfortable. Overall, the service quality and patient care need serious improvement.

It is a good clinic but could be better. I am pregnant and regularly coming for check ups to Dr. Trishla Badolia, Gynecologist. She seems nice but unlike other doctors, she is not as accommodating especially to my husband whenever my husband comes with me excited to see our baby in the ultrasound. Dr. Trishla not inviting him to see the baby with me. She only ask him to sit in front of his table with closed monitor. All my husband does is to listen to our conversation for what’s happening inside. Also, whenever she asks for tests, the next appointment must be reading of report and explaining to patient the result and why she require the test, she did not even talk about the test that I had the last time. She just prompt to request another test to do next. I hope she could do better. I wish to change doctor but It seems disrespectful to do that. So I guess, I’m stuck with her for the rest of my pregnancy. Plus, sometimes whenever you ask something, her brows goes up and will answer you with an attitude tone. It was just sad.

My name is Akombi, i visited Aster clinic today 22 Dec 2025, the staffs at the reception was very helpful and friendly, before booking appointment they inform how long I will wait to see the doctor. Upon meeting the doctor, he greeted me in a very happy and friendly manner which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He advise me what to do about my health apart from medication which will improve my over all health and wrote down the prescription I needed and told me to come back after 1 month once the medicines are finished, he emphasised on that. Thank you Dr. Mohamed Afzal.

I had a complex insurance approval and appointment but the reception staff made all the difference. The woman at the desk Anu, was incredibly calm, warm, and professional. She noticed I was nervous and took the time to quietly explain the all process step-by-step, making me feel immediately at ease. She was the first point of contact and set a wonderful, reassuring tone for the entire visit. Excellent customer service and exceptional empathy."
