Had an excellent experience at Aster Clinic JLT and highly recommend their services. Dr. Arman was amazing with my root canal treatment — very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Dr. Sabina in Gynecology is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Salman, the Psychiatrist, is truly outstanding — very understanding, attentive, and supportive. An amazing doctor whom I highly recommend. Special thanks to Sreyashi from Guest Relations for her kindness, efficiency, and excellent support. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, a fantastic clinic with professional doctors and exceptional service.
I have been visiting Dr Prakash pania and his sister Tresa for almost 8 years now. Specifically I want to mention about sister Tresa who has been very dedicated and kind towards patients. She has been very helpful in guiding me during every visit. I m not surprised that she has been picked by Dr wherever he goes which shows her credibility and commitment towards her profession. I wish her all the best.
I visit this clinic today. It was so clean. The whole team was so professional and nice, specially Varun Malhotra and Dr. Arjmand Ruqia they were the best thank you guys for taking care of us
Not a recommended clinic. The staff were unfriendly, and the clinic’s system is very disorganized. We were asked the same questions multiple times while being moved from one nursing room to another. We waited a long time for the medical report and scans, which were not sent on the promised day. If we hadn’t called, we wouldn’t have received the report at all. We paid in cash (not through insurance), yet the report was incomplete and did not include the scans. Even the radiology nurse and other staff members were unprofessional. It felt like the focus was only on taking payment rather than providing proper care. Overall, my experience at Aster JLT was terrible and very unpleasant.
I want to say thank you to Dr Sabiha (obstetrician-gynecology). The doctor is attentive, calm and tactful, explains everything in detail, answers all questions. The inspection was carried out carefully and without discomfort. You can feel the professionalism and sincere attitude to the patient. I was very pleased, I will definitely recommend.
