I was referred by my children’s school to Apollonia following their dental check. The dentist who examined my two boys was excellent she was kind, extremely patient, and made them feel very comfortable throughout the visit. She treated them with great respect, explaining each step clearly and taking the time to answer all their questions. She also provided us with her professional assessment after the review. For one of my sons, she recommended an orthodontic consultation and kindly arranged for us to be seen on the same day, despite the long waiting time. The orthodontist was friendly and explained the proposed treatment. However, due to her busy schedule moving between clinics, we were left with some unanswered questions, particularly regarding treatment costs and insurance coverage. We were informed that a staff member specialising in insurance matters would contact us the following day, but after several days we have yet to receive a response. I have also tried calling the clinic, but often could not get through, possibly due to how busy they are. This is an area where I believe the clinic could improve. Overall, the clinical care was excellent, but the follow-up communication and accessibility could be improved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Pediatric Care at Apollonia Dental Clinic I recently took my 7-year-old daughter to Apollonia Dental Clinic for a routine check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. It turned out she needed a cavity cleaning, which, as any parent knows, can be a stressful event for a young child. However, Dr. Mohammed Rashid was absolutely exceptional. He is incredibly professional and possesses a rare talent for dealing with children. Throughout the procedure, whenever my daughter felt uncomfortable or signaled she was in pain, Dr. Rashid would immediately stop what he was doing, check on her, and use humor to try and make her laugh. This patient and caring approach instantly put her (and me!) at ease. The clinic itself is outstanding. It is visibly very clean, and the entire space is clearly designed with children in mind, from the waiting area to the treatment rooms. We had a wonderful experience, and because of the excellent care provided by Dr. Rashid and the professional environment, I will definitely be coming back to Apollonia for all of my daughter's dental needs. I highly recommend this clinic for any parent looking for high-quality, stress-free dental care for their kids.
