I am very satisfied with my dental treatment at Al Zafaran Medical Center. I went for a tooth filling, and the dentist handled it with great care and precision. There was no pain, and the results were excellent. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff is professional. Without doubt, it is one of the best dental clinics in Deira for quality dental services.
I recently had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Vinothini Priya, and I am very satisfied with the care I received. She was professional, gentle, and explained the procedure clearly. I also want to thank the assistant/receptionist for their warm and helpful support, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend their services.
Yesterday went to the clinic and found the environment unhygienic – there was thick phlegm from a previous patient in the same dispenser, and they were asked to gargle, which made me feel nauseous. The dentist, a GP, described the extraction in a very surgical way, saying she might have to cut the gum if the tooth was difficult to remove. Explaining a procedure in that manner can erode a patient’s trust. Doctors should convey treatment plans gently and reassuringly so patients feel comfortable and confident.
Dr. Vinodhini takes the time to explain every step clearly and makes sure you feel at ease throughout the treatment. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care truly stand out. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist’s office before. The results of my treatment have exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Vinodhini to anyone looking for excellent dental care -you’ll be in the best hands. I had a good experience with Dr. Vinodhini and the whole team. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism.
I do not recommend this clinic, especially for complex procedures like wisdom tooth extraction. I visited this dental clinic to have a swollen, impacted wisdom tooth removed. I made it clear to the general dentist that the tooth was buried and located close to a nerve. Despite that, she assured me it was fine and that she could perform the extraction herself. During the procedure, she instructed me to raise my hand if I felt pain. I did so multiple times, and at one point, I had to physically remove her hand because the pain became unbearable. Instead of stopping, she just said my jaw must be tired and left to attend to another patient. When she returned and resumed, the pain continued. After nearly an hour, the tooth was still not removed, and I had to insist she stop. I was left with an open gum, the tooth still intact, and in worse condition than when I arrived. I then went to another hospital, where a specialist informed me that my case clearly required surgical removal by a professional maxillofacial surgeon—not a general dentist. Unfortunately, the area later became infected, making the situation even more painful and difficult. This experience was stressful, painful, and unnecessary. I strongly advise anyone with a similar case to seek treatment from a qualified specialist and not to undergo such procedures here.
