Extremely Disappointed with Access Clinic Reception and Service I am very frustrated with my experience at Access Clinic. I went in today to discuss my test results, which I received a day after my tests. When I arrived at the reception, I presented my ID and requested to see a doctor. The doctor who attended me yesterday, Mr. Tahmoor, was not available, so I asked to see Dr. Suleiman. The receptionist, a lady at the front desk, returned my ID and told me that with my insurance, I was not allowed to see Dr. Suleiman. I explained that I have been seeing Dr. Suleiman with the same insurance in the past, but they insisted it was not possible. Another receptionist, a man, asked if I had changed my insurance, which I hadn’t. I also informed them that my test results indicate I might need medication, but they ignored my concern. I was forced to leave without seeing any doctor. This is unacceptable. The reception staff are not welcoming and seem unwilling to help. Some colleagues have also reported being charged despite having insurance, which raises concerns about whether the staff actually contact the insurance company or simply expect patients to pay out-of-pocket. If a doctor is unavailable, there should be a system in place so patients can still be attended to. Patients shouldn’t be denied care because of insurance technicalities, especially when they have been visiting the clinic regularly. This is the second time I have had an issue at this clinic. If Access Clinic does not want patients to attend certain doctors, they should communicate that clearly. My experience today was stressful, frustrating, and entirely avoidable.

I had a very positive experience at Access Clinic Al Quoz. The nursing staff was professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. They ensured I was comfortable and informed at every step. The front office staff was equally impressive—friendly, well-organized, and efficient in handling appointments and paperwork. Their courteous and helpful approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality healthcare services.
I’ve been regularly visiting Dr. Suliman for checkups for over 5 years. This is the first time I had such a pleasant experience over the phone....the receptionist was genuinely helpful and polite. He listened to my request and kindly accepted it. I truly appreciate this positive change. Usually, visiting the clinic feels stressful, but thanks to Mr. Amir Khan, this time was different. The timing of the clinic is on Sundays from 8 am to 10 pm, it is now 7.46 but the staff is saying that it will come in the morning, it is not yet time. The insurers should also provide service there and the clinic should provide good facilities to the patients Sometimes they say the system is not working, sometimes something #AsterAccessClinic #Alquaz #poorservices
